Error on Event Viewer "Event ID 12014"

Hi folks!

How Are you?

Today, looking the event viewer i saw the following error: Microsoft Exchange could not find a certificate that contains the domain name mail.tjmsp.jus.br in the personal store on the local computer. Therefore, it is unable to support the STARTTLS SMTP verb for the connector Externo with a FQDN parameter of mail.tjmsp.jus.br. If the connector's FQDN is not specified, the computer's FQDN is used. Verify the connector configuration and the installed certificates to make sure that there is a certificate with a domain name for that FQDN. If this certificate exists, run Enable-ExchangeCertificate -Services SMTP to make sure that the Microsoft Exchange Transport service has access to the certificate key.

How can I solve this error??

I run "Get-ExchangeCertificate |FL" CMDLet and i got the following result:

Hi,

The event viewer shows that there is no valid certificate available with SAN mail.tjmsp.jus.br. So, get a certificate from third party and assign SMTP service to the certificate to resolve the issue
